The management of Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, has disowned one Dr. (Mrs.) Williams Felicia, who has been falsely parading herself as an “Admission Coordinator” of the institution.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the university warned the public and prospective admission seekers to beware of the impostor, who is allegedly using a Polaris Bank account with the number 3125865258 to extort money from unsuspecting candidates under the guise of helping them secure admission.

“The university has no Admission Coordinator and has no relationship whatsoever with the said individual,” the statement read.

EKSU further clarified that any person claiming to act in such capacity is fraudulent and does not represent the university in any way.

“Candidates and members of the public are advised not to engage in any admission-related transaction with her or anyone claiming such a title,” the management cautioned.

The university reaffirmed that all genuine admission matters should be directed only to the offices of the Vice-Chancellor or the Registrar.

The statement was signed by Dr. Bode Olofinmuagun, Deputy Registrar and Head of the Directorate of Information and Corporate Affairs.
