EKSUTH College of Nursing Sciences Opens ND/HND Nursing Admission Form for 2026/2027 Session
The College of Nursing Sciences, Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital (EKSUTH), Ado-Ekiti, has announced the commencement of applications for Computer Assisted Screening into its Nursing Diploma and Higher National Diploma (ND/HND) Nursing programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to the institution, the programme is designed as a four-year uninterrupted academic and clinical training course for qualified candidates.
Admission Requirements
Applicants are required to meet the following conditions:
A minimum UTME score of 180 in the 2026 JAMB examination
At least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, obtained at not more than two sittings
Candidates must choose the College of Nursing Sciences, EKSUTH, as their first choice institution
Duration of Programme
The programme will run for four (4) years without interruption.
Application Fee
The application fee is ₦15,500.

Method of Application
Step 1
Applicants who have already applied are to log on to https://eksuthcons.edu.ng/putme to continue their application.
Step 2
Click on “Click Here to Apply” at the top of the portal to create an application profile.
Step 3
Applicants are required to provide and update the following information:
Valid phone number
Valid email address
Nationality
Religion
Date of birth
Passport photograph with red background (if applicable)
O’Level results (not more than two sittings)
WAEC/NECO scratch card details corresponding to uploaded results
Step 4
An application number will be generated and displayed upon successful profile creation. Candidates are advised to save it for future reference. A confirmation email will also be sent.
Step 5
Applicants should log in using their application number, while the password will be their surname as used during registration.
Step 6
Candidates are required to proceed with payment immediately after logging in and select a preferred payment platform via the portal.
Step 7
Applicants are to confirm payment details and proceed by clicking “Make Payment”.
Step 8
Candidates are to input ATM card details including:
Card type (Verve or MasterCard)
Card number
Expiry date
CVV2
Card PIN
Step 9
After successful payment, candidates should upload all required documents via the application portal.
Step 10
Applicants are to print their registration slip containing a summary of their application.
The institution advised candidates to ensure all payments are made strictly through the official portal, warning that payments made outside the approved channels will not be recognised.
