The Vice Chancellor of Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, Professor Joseph Babatola Ayodele, has reaffirmed that engineering and technology are crucial in addressing the challenges posed by climate change.

He made this assertion during his opening address at the 5th International Conference of the Faculty of Engineering, themed "Advancing Engineering and Technology for a Resilient and Sustainable Future."

Professor Ayodele urged participants to channel their expertise towards innovations that promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
