FCE Zaria Affiliated to UDUSOK Announces Screening and Matriculation Schedule for New Students

The Federal University of Education (FUE), Zaria, affiliated to Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUSOK), has announced the screening and matriculation schedule for newly admitted undergraduate students for the 2024/2025 academic session.

 

Screening Exercise:

 

The screening exercise is scheduled to hold from Wednesday, February 12, to Saturday, February 15, 2025, at the PHE Multipurpose Hall, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

 

Matriculation Ceremony:

 

The matriculation ceremony is scheduled to hold on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 10:00 am, at the PHE Multipurpose Hall.

 

Requirements for Screening:

Newly admitted students are required to present the following documents:

 

1. Original WASC/WASSC/NABTEB/SSC/Statements of results

2. Original NCE/Diploma Statement of result/Certificate

3. Original State of Origin/Indigenization Certificate

4. Original Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age

5. Original Direct Entry e-registration slip

6. Reference letter of good conduct from a reputable person

7. Eight recent passport photographs on white background

8. Photocopies of items 1-5

9. WAEC/NECO and NABTEB Scratch cards for those without certificates

10. Registration Remitta for 2023/2024 payment of School fees

11. Photocopy of JAMB Admission letter

 

Additional Requirements:

 

Newly admitted students are also required to pay Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N12,500) only at the screening point for Journal, Student Handbook, Academic Gown, University I.D card, and Oath Form, etc.

 

All newly admitted students are expected to be punctual for the screening exercise and to come with all the required documents.
