Federal Polytechnic Monguno Secures Commitment from Nigerian Army for Continued Support

The management team of Federal Polytechnic Monguno, led by Rector Engr. Prof. Garba M. Ngala FNSE, FNIMechE, paid a courtesy visit to Major General M. F. Babayo, Sector Commander of Sector 3, Operation Hadin Kai/Multinational Joint Task Force.

The visit aimed to strengthen ties between the institution and the Nigerian Army under Major General Babayo's leadership.

 

During the meeting, Major General Babayo assured the management team of his steadfast support for the institution, emphasizing the transformative power of education and his commitment to ensuring access to educational opportunities. He urged the polytechnic to intensify advocacy efforts highlighting education's vital role in shaping individuals' and society's futures.

Following the meeting, Prof. Ngala toured the polytechnic's facilities at the permanent site, reaffirming plans to transition from the temporary site. The Rector was accompanied by Deputy Rector Musa Mohammed Grandawa, Deputy Registrar Mala Garba Hussaini, and Admission Officer Alhaji Modu Kolo.
