Federal University Birnin Kebbi Governing Council Dismisses ICT Director Over Gross Misconduct

The Governing Council of the Federal University Birnin Kebbi, FUBK, has dismissed the Director of Information and Communication Technology, ICT, *Isah Yusuf Tsafe*, with immediate effect. 

According to a statement issued by the University’s Head of Information and Public Relations, *Jamilu Magaji*, the Council found Mr. Tsafe culpable of gross misconduct, negligence, and failure to account for university assets under his custody. 

The Council said the decision was reached after a thorough review of the matter and is in line with the University’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and due process in the management of public resources.
