Federal University Dutse Mourns as Dr. Muhammad Musa Sodangi of Arabic Department Passes Away

The Federal University Dutse (FUD) community has been thrown into mourning following the passing of Dr. Muhammad Musa Sodangi, a highly regarded member of the academic staff in the Department of Arabic.

In an official statement released via the FUD Newsletter, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ahmad Muhammed Gumel, expressed deep sorrow over the loss on behalf of the University Council, Management, staff, and students. Dr. Sodangi was described as a "very dedicated staff" member whose contributions to the Department of Arabic were invaluable. 

Following Islamic rites, the deceased has since been interred. Professor Gumel offered prayers for the departed, asking Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings and grant him a place in Aljannatul Firdausi. 

The Vice-Chancellor also extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of the late scholar, praying that they find the strength and fortitude to navigate this difficult period of loss.
