  • Organising or participating in road processions, convoys or gatherings connected with signing-out ceremonies.

The management directed all students to comply strictly with the directive and warned against activities that could disrupt academic activities, compromise safety or violate the university’s regulations.

Final-year students are therefore expected to conclude their academic activities in line with the university’s approved procedures and refrain from organising or participating in prohibited signing-out activities.
