Federal University Lokoja Undergoes NUC Accreditation for Sociology Programme

Federal University Lokoja (FUL) has received assessors from the National Universities Commission (NUC) for the re-accreditation of its Sociology programme. The visit was led by Vice-Chancellor Professor Olayemi Akinwumi and his management team.

The university is set to host additional NUC accreditation teams in the coming week for the assessment of other programmes across its faculties, as part of ongoing efforts to ensure academic quality and standards.

Professor Olayemi Akinwumi headed the university's engagement with the NUC assessors during today's visit, underscoring the institution's commitment to academic excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.
