Federal University of Education, Zaria, Zazzau Emirate Collaborate on E-Library Project

The Federal University of Education, Zaria (FUE Zaria), has initiated a collaboration with the Zazzau Emirate to establish an e-library.

This development follows a courtesy visit by the university's Vice Chancellor, Prof. Yahaya Isa Bunkure, to the Emir of Zazzau, His Highness, Amb. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, on October 14, 2025.

The Emir requested the university to contribute to improving the Emirate Library and establishing an e-library. The Vice Chancellor accepted the request, assuring that the university would provide full e-library support and additional laptop computers to facilitate the initiative.

The collaboration aims to enhance digital learning resources for the Emirate and promote knowledge sharing between the university and the Emirate.

The Vice Chancellor emphasized the university's commitment to seeking the Emirate's counsel and support, ensuring a strong partnership between the two institutions.

The Zazzau Emirate has consistently supported educational initiatives, recognizing the importance of knowledge and innovation in driving progress. This collaboration is expected to strengthen the bond between the university and the Emirate, promoting mutual growth and development.
