NCAT Graduates 20 Participants of Advanced Communication Officer Course (ACO-45)
The Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria, has graduated 20 participants of the Advanced Communication Officer Course (ACO-45), following the successful completion of their professional training at the College.
The graduation ceremony was held on Friday, October 2, 2026, at the ATS/COMs Hall
The Course Coordinator, Mr. Adebayo Matthew, gave the course appraisal.

"The Advanced Communication Officer Course is designed to enhance the professional knowledge and technical competence of aviation communication personnel, particularly in the areas of aeronautical communications, air traffic communications procedures, communication systems, and other essential aspects of aviation communication operations," he noted.
Mr. Matthew stated that the course lasted for 17 weeks and all participants were sponsored by the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA).
Speaking at the ceremony, the Rector/Chief Executive, Dr. Danjuma A. Ismaila, who was represented by Mr. Sunny Ikuje, declared the participants graduates of NCAT and congratulated them for their dedication, discipline and commitment throughout the training.
He urged them to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the course responsibly in their respective places of work. He said, "Knowledge is of no benefit unless it is put into practice."
In is remarks, the Acting General Manager, Communications, Mal. Rabiu Sani, said the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria, remains a leading institution for the training and development of aviation professionals in Nigeria and continues to play a significant role in strengthening human capacity for the country's aviation industry.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates to the graduating participants, followed by group photographs and other activities marking the successful completion of Advanced Communication Officer Course No. 45 (ACO-45).
