The management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, has announced the release of the remedial admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session. Screening and registration will take place at the Directorate Office, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, from Monday, September 9, 2024, to Monday, September 30, 2024.

Candidates are required to bring both originals and photocopies of their credentials for the screening process.
