The Federal University Teaching Hospital, FUTH, Lafia, has offered free CT scans to 59 patients as it concluded a four-day training and test run for CT handlers in the Radiology Department, marking a significant milestone in the hospital's drive to enhance imaging services.

Speaking during the exercise, the lead trainer, Dr. Uchenna E. Dike, PhD, recommended that for optimal performance and equipment longevity, an average of 30 to 35 patients could be scanned per day.
