Five FULafia Radiography Students Win RRBN Research Grants

Five final year students of the Department of Radiography, Federal University of Lafia, FULafia, Nasarawa State, have secured research seed grants from the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria, RRBN.

The beneficiaries are: Adam Nana Asma'u, Lydia Musa Dikwa, Ogbuanya Victor Onyedikachi, Agbo Clement Owoicho, and Okafor Ruth Chidera.

The grants were awarded in recognition of the students' academic performance, research efforts and commitment to advancing radiography practice.

The RRBN research seed grant was instituted to support promising research projects and promote evidence-based solutions in the radiography profession.

The funds were given to the students to enable them to undertake their undergraduate research projects and generate evidence that could address challenges in radiography practice, diagnostic services and healthcare delivery.

The Department of Radiography, FULafia, has since congratulated the beneficiaries, describing the grants as recognition of their hard work and an opportunity to strengthen their research.
