The management of the Federal University, Kashere (FUKASHERE) has issued a formal clarification distancing itself from a provisional second semester examination timetable currently circulating among students and staff.
According to the Office of the Director of Academic Planning, the document in circulation—reportedly originating from the Faculty of Science—has not been approved or authorized by the university.
The institution stated that the Second Semester 2025/2026 examination timetable is still undergoing internal preparation by the relevant committee and has not been finalized for release.
It described the circulating version as unauthorized, premature, and not reflective of the university’s official academic scheduling.

FUKASHERE further directed students and lecturers to disregard the document in its entirety and warned against relying on unofficial academic materials that could cause confusion or disrupt examination planning.
The management emphasized that the authentic timetable will be formally communicated through approved university channels once it has been completed and duly ratified.
All students and staff were advised to strictly adhere to official announcements from the Office of the Director of Academic Planning.
The university reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and orderly academic coordination in the conduct of examinations.
