The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University Lokoja (FUL), Prof. Olayemi Akinwumi, has reinforced the University’s commitment to sports development by hosting a reception for medal-winning athletes and unveiling a new policy designed to promote active participation in campus sporting activities.

During the event, Prof. Akinwumi announced that all lectures will now conclude by 4:00 p.m. every Wednesday, creating dedicated time for students to train and engage in sports. “This will now become a permanent practice in the University.
