The Faculty of Social Sciences at the Federal University of Lafia is set to host its 3rd Faculty Seminar Series on August 20, 2024. The seminar will be held at the Faculty Lecture Theatre, Adamu-Adamu Complex, Permanent Site, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The keynote address will be delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Professor Abdullahi Dan’Asabe Jibrin, a distinguished Professor of Political Economy and Development Studies. The seminar will focus on the theme, "Nigerian State and the Oil Sector: A Trajectory of Power, Politics, and Poverty."
