FULafia VC Joins Staff and Students for Iftar; Calls for Mutual Respect and Institutional Growth

The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Mohammed Isa Kida, has joined students and staff of the University for iftar (breaking of fast) at the University’s Central Masjid, urging respect for one another.

‎The gathering, Kida said, was meant to foster unity and shared purpose within the Muslims community in the institution.

He appealed to the Muslims to be at the vanguard of the University's progress, saying that "it's our duty to make FULafia better than we met it."

He urged them to, always, obey the institution's law and respect everyone within the University's environment and beyond, saying that respect for one another promotes cordial relationship.

During the event, the vice-chancellor interacted warmly with students and staff, emphasising the importance of peace, discipline, and mutual respect during Ramadan and beyond.

‎The iftar brought together Muslim faithful from across the University's community who expressed their gratitude to Allah for giving them opportunity to observe the ongoing fasting prayed for unity and development of the University.
