Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) etched its name in the medal table of the ongoing All-Africa University Games 2024 in Lagos. The University's students secured two bronze medals, marking a significant achievement for the institution.

The Director of Sports, Mr. Ilori George Adebayo, joyfully shared the news, announcing that the medals were won in the double badminton and taekwondo categories. He expressed optimism that FULOKOJA would continue to excel in other upcoming events.

Mr. Adebayo praised the University Management and thanked the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, for their unwavering support and provision of the necessary resources that enabled the students' participation in the championship.  

Professor Akinwumi, on behalf of the Management, extended heartfelt appreciation to the Director of Sports and the entire FUL contingent at the games for making the University proud. He encouraged them to continue representing FULOKOJA with excellence.
