In response to recent security concerns around the Federal University Lokoja (FUL), the SUG President, together with key SUG Executives, convened a strategic meeting with major security agencies, including the DSS, the Vigilante Group, and the DPO of B Division (covering the Felele–Crusher axis).

In response to recent security concerns around the Federal University Lokoja (FUL), the SUG President, together with key SUG Executives, convened a strategic meeting with major security agencies, including the DSS, the Vigilante Group, and the DPO of B Division (covering the Felele–Crusher axis).

The meeting focused on:

  • Addressing current security challenges affecting students
  • Enhancing collaboration between the Students’ Union Government (SUG) and security agencies
  • Developing actionable strategies to ensure student safety and protection

The SUG President has assured students that the resolutions and action plans from the meeting will be communicated officially in due course.
