Oduko Ezekiel, a talented student from the Faculty of Engineering at Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), has emerged as the winner of the Vice-Chancellor’s Innovative Challenge. The prestigious competition, initiated by Prof. Abayomi Sunday Fasina, aimed to uncover groundbreaking ideas from students and provide financial support to transform those ideas into practical solutions.
Ezekiel’s innovative concept caught the attention of the judging panel, securing him the top prize of ₦500,000. His achievement underscores the university’s commitment to fostering creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship among its students.
In an interview, Ezekiel expressed his gratitude and excitement: “I am thrilled to have my idea recognized and supported by the university. This award will enable me to bring my vision to life and contribute positively to society.”
