FUTMINNA Receives Advanced Telecommunications Equipment from Huawei

The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) has received a donation of advanced telecommunications equipment from Huawei Limited, facilitated by 9mobile Nigeria.

The equipment was unveiled at the Telecoms Laboratory, SICT Complex, Main Campus.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta expressed gratitude to Huawei and contributors, emphasizing the initiative's alignment with the university's mission to engage with alumni and produce world-class engineers.

Dean of School of Electrical Engineering Technology, Prof. Elizabeth Nwuka, thanked the Vice-Chancellor and university leaders, highlighting the equipment's significance for hands-on training and demonstrations.

Huawei representatives pledged further support, with Talent Development Manager Kenneth Igwe expressing pride in facilitating the donation.
