Gombe State University Appreciates FCE (T) Gombe for Sympathy Visit Over Fire Incident

The Management of Gombe State University (GSU) has expressed deep appreciation to the Management of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Gombe, for paying a sympathy visit to the University following the recent fire incident that affected one of the female hostels.

Led by the Acting Provost, Dr. Gazali Muhammed Abdulhamid, the delegation from FCE (T), Gombe, conveyed heartfelt condolences to the GSU community over the unfortunate incident, describing it as a great loss to the academic family in Gombe State.

In his response, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sani Ahmed Yauta, thanked the College Management for the show of solidarity and compassion, noting that the gesture reflects the unity and cooperation that exist among tertiary institutions in the State. He assured that GSU remains committed to sustaining the cordial relationship between both institutions.

The Acting Provost was accompanied by his Management team, including the Deputy Provost Administration, Dr. Ishaq Ahmed Mohammed; Bursar, Alh. Mohammed Gidado Ahmed; Director of Procurement, QS. Hamisu Garba Mohammed; Former Acting Bursar, Alh. Saidu Mohammed; Deputy Registrar (Council and Management Affairs), Mal. Haruna N. Ayuba; Dr. Yakubu Attahiru Liman; and staff of the Directorate of Public Relations and Protocol.
