Gombe State University Extends 2026/2027 Post-UTME Registration

The Management of Gombe State University has extended the deadline for the Online Registration for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME Screening Exercise.

In a statement signed by the Deputy Registrar Academic, Musa Sarki, for the Registrar and dated 29th July, 2026, the university said the registration earlier scheduled to close on Friday, 31st July, 2026, has now been extended to Monday, 31st August, 2026.

According to the statement, the extension provides an additional opportunity for eligible candidates who are yet to complete the online Post-UTME Screening Exercise within the stipulated period.

Candidates are advised to visit the University's Online Screening Portal via https://www.dhrd-gsu-edu.com/admission/index.php to complete their registration on or before the new closing date.

The university noted that all eligibility requirements, registration procedures and other conditions contained in the earlier advertisement remain unchanged.

It however reminded prospective candidates that only candidates who attain the age of sixteen, 16, years on or before 30th September, 2026, shall be considered for admission into Gombe State University.
