GSU Vice Chancellor Embarks on UK Study Tour to Advance Entrepreneurial University Vision
The Vice Chancellor of Gombe State University GSU Professor Sani Ahmed Yauta has undertaken a strategic study tour of three leading universities in the United Kingdom as part of efforts to transform the institution into an entrepreneurial university driven by innovation global partnerships and sustainable growth.

During the visit Professor Yauta toured Liverpool John Moores University Manchester Metropolitan University and Lancaster University where he engaged with university leaders and academic experts to study their governance structures academic systems innovation ecosystems and approaches to entrepreneurship.
According to the university the study tour was designed to explore how GSU can adopt global best practices that promote innovation research commercialization resource mobilization industry collaboration and sustainable institutional leadership.
The visit also provided an opportunity to examine successful models of entrepreneurial universities that generate knowledge create economic value and contribute to national development.
Throughout the engagements the Vice Chancellor held discussions on strengthening international collaborations expanding research partnerships enhancing staff and student exchange programmes and building institutional capacity to support entrepreneurship and innovation.

The university said the study tour represents another milestone in its commitment to institutional transformation academic excellence and strategic international collaboration.
