The Students’ Union Government of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University has advised students awaiting disbursement of their institutional fees under the Nigerian Education Loan Fund to proceed with payment of outstanding balances to enable completion of course registration before examinations commence.

The notice was issued by the Office of the SUG President under the leadership of Comr. Alhaji Baba Shehu, also known as ABS and Jagaban Nupe of the university.

According to the statement, the directive applies specifically to students who successfully registered for the NELFUND scheme and have already been verified but are yet to receive disbursement of their institutional fee payments.

The union explained that affected students are expected to pay the outstanding balance online to avoid delays that could prevent them from completing their course registration ahead of the forthcoming examinations.
