Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University Mourns the Passing of Malam Awwal Shitu Naibi

The Management of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBU), Lapai, has announced with deep sorrow the passing of Malam Awwal Shitu Naibi, a prominent member of the University’s Registry Department. 

Until his demise, Malam Awwal served as the Chief Farm Superintendent, where he was a dedicated steward of the University Farm. 

The University, in a statement released by the Deputy Registrar, described Malam Awwal as a staff member whose humility and tireless work ethic left an indelible mark on the institution. His professional contributions were instrumental in the growth and productivity of the University’s agricultural initiatives.

"His humility and hard work contributed to the growth of the University in an immeasurable way," the statement noted. The Management expressed its heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of the deceased, praying for the fortitude to bear this profound loss. 

The University community joins in mourning a staff member who was not only a dedicated professional but also a valued colleague and mentor.
