Jigawa State Allocates N888 Million for NECO and Examination Fees of 39,709 Candidates

The Jigawa State Government approved N888 million to cover examination fees for 39,709 candidates in the state. This decision was made during a State Executive Council meeting chaired by Governor Umar Namadi.

The approved funds will cover registration fees for the National Examinations Council (NECO), National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB), and National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies (NBAIS). The allocation aims to support candidates participating in the Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE), NECO, National Teachers Certificate (NTC), NABTEB, and other related exams for the 2024 academic year.
