In a notice dated 1 December 2025, the institution stated that all Regular and Evening programme students are to follow the newly approved registration timeline as outlined below.
Official Registration Timetable

Start of Registration (New and Returning Students):
Monday, 5 January 2026 -
End of Normal Registration:
Friday, 30 January 2026 -
Late Registration (With Penalty):
Monday, 2 February 2026 -
Final Closure of Registration Portal:

Key Clarification
The Polytechnic confirmed that any admission letter stating December 2025 as the registration deadline is misleading and should be disregarded. Students are advised to strictly comply with the January 2026 registration schedule to avoid penalties or loss of academic standing.
