KHAIRUN Hosts NLA Delegation, Strengthens Partnership

Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano (KHAIRUN), has welcomed a delegation from the Nigeria Library Association (NLA) on a courtesy visit. The NLA President, Dr. Lawal Umar, commended the university's management, particularly Vice-Chancellor Professor Abdulrashid Garba, for the institution's remarkable growth and visibility.

The NLA President conferred an Honorary Membership on Professor Garba in recognition of his exceptional support for library development and his friendly disposition towards the profession. Additionally, Professor Garba was appointed as the Brand Ambassador of the NLA, acknowledging his commitment to advancing educational and information services in Nigeria.
