Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University Holds 10th Governing Council Meeting

Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano (KHAIRUN), on Saturday, 22nd November 2025, held its 10th Governing Council meeting under the leadership of the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council, Professor Kabiru Isyaku.

The meeting brought together council members to deliberate on key strategic matters, review institutional progress, and further strengthen the university’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

During the session, the Chairman, alongside the principal officers, presented a formal letter of appreciation from the management to Admiral Awwal Zubairu Gambo (Rtd), former Chief of Naval Staff and distinguished council member of KHAIRUN. The gesture recognized his exceptional support and invaluable contributions to the development and advancement of the university.
