Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University Librarian Hosts First-Class Scholar in Celebration of Academic Excellence and Mentorship

The University Librarian, Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano, Malam Nazir Muhammad, received Malam Abubakar Yahaya Abdullahi, a First Class graduate honour of B.A Islamic Studies/Linguistics combined from Bayero University, Kano (2025).

The visit was a moment of celebration and reflection, as Malam Abubakar Yahaya Abdullahi came to personally express his gratitude and appreciation to the University Librarian for the mentorship and guidance he received throughout his academic journey. He acknowledged that the mentorship played a significant role in his academic success and described the opportunity to be mentored by the University Librarian as a rare and invaluable privilege that greatly contributed to his achievement.

In his remarks, the University Librarian, Malam Nazir Muhammad congratulated the young scholar on his outstanding academic feat and encouraged him to remain dedicated to scholarship, character and service to society.
