The Office of the Registrar, Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, wishes to inform all students admitted into the polytechnic from 2017 to 2020 academic sessions, who are yet to receive their Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) admission letter, to submit their course forms to the Admission Office on or before August 23, 2024.
This regularization exercise is aimed at ensuring that all affected students are properly documented with JAMB, and it is mandatory for all concerned students to comply.
The categories of students affected by this notice are those who were admitted into Kogi State Polytechnic from 2017 to 2020 academic sessions, but have not received their JAMB admission letter.
Late submission of course forms will not be entertained, and all concerned students are advised to treat this matter with utmost urgency.
