Kogi State University Secures NELFUND Loans for 101 Students

The Vice Chancellor of Kogi State University, Kabba, Prof. Kehinde Eniola, has announced that 101 students have benefited from the Nigeria Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) under the administration of President Bola Tinubu. This was disclosed during a press conference marking the successful completion of the 2023/2024 academic session.
Prof. Eniola noted that tuition for the 101 students has been paid by NELFUND, and he highlighted the university’s progress in academics and infrastructure since admitting 1,200 new students in January 2024. He also commended both the former and current governors for their contributions to the university's development.
Efforts to improve accommodation, transportation, and security on campus were also discussed, with the Vice Chancellor expressing gratitude to Governor Usman Ododo for ongoing support.
