KWASU VC Hails Ola-Olu Ali's Professorial Appointment

The Acting Vice-Chancellor of Kwara State University, Malete  Professor Shaykh-Luqman, has described the appointment of Malam Yusuf Ola-Olu Ali, SAN, as a Professor of Law Practice at the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) as well deserved.

Professor Luqman noted that Mallam Ali was a consumate legal practitioner whose antecidents in the law profession was one of exemplary services and great achievements.

The KWASU Vice-Chancellor added that having Mallam Ali on the law faculty's list was in recognition of the immense track record of the Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

Professor Jimoh who recalled the role which Mallam Ali played in the establishment of the law programme in KWASU stressed that the Senior Advocate was one of the foundation friends of KWASU who has continued to keenly follow the development of the institution.

This he said has portrayed Mallam Ola-olu Ali as an educationist who was committed to the dissemination of quality knowledge.

Professor Jimoh said he was confident that the appointment at FUOYE would immensely improve the quality of legal education especially as Mallam Ali was a seasoned trainer of lawyers through his Chamber, the quality of scholarly books and materials he has produced, and his excellent track record on the field.

The KWASU boss congratulated Mallam Ali, SAN, for the deserved recognition and looked forward to greater recognition of his achievements.
