LASU Postgraduate School Directs 2024/2025 Graduating Students on Bio-Data Submission for Certificate Processing

The Postgraduate School of Lagos State University (LASU) has directed all 2024/2025 postgraduate graduating students whose results have been approved by Senate to submit their Bio-Data Forms for the processing of certificates.

The exercise is aimed at ensuring accurate documentation and the timely production of certificates for qualified graduating students.

Affected students are required to complete and submit their forms strictly within the stipulated period to avoid delays in certificate issuance.

Submission procedure and requirements

Students are expected to follow the steps below:

1. Visit the LASU website at www.lasu.edu.ng
2. Click on the Students tab
3. Select Certificate Processing
4. Fill in the Postgraduate Bio-Data Form with correct personal and academic details
5. Upload a passport photograph with a white background, ensuring:
   • No eyeglasses
   • No caps
   • No selfies
   • No cropped or edited photographs
6. Print the completed Bio-Data Form
7. Attach a white-background passport photograph to the printed form
8. Submit the completed Bio-Data Form together with a copy of the student’s online academic profile to the Certificate Unit

Submission deadline

• All completed forms must be submitted on or before Tuesday, 30th June 2026.

The university advised students to strictly comply with the guidelines and deadline to ensure smooth and uninterrupted certificate processing.
