MAAUN Disassociates from Individual Impersonating University Staff

The Management of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN) has issued an urgent public notice regarding the activities of an individual identified as Yunusa Umar, popularly known as "Teacher." 

This disclaimer serves to formally notify the general public, prospective students, and parents that the aforementioned individual is not a staff member of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria.

The university management has received reports of potential fraudulent activities and, as a result, wishes to clarify the following:

Financial Transactions: Any payment related to tuition, accommodation, application fees, or other university services made through Yunusa Umar is unauthorized. Any person engaging in such transactions does so at their own risk.

Liability: Under no circumstances shall the MAAUN Group of Universities be held liable or responsible for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from dealings with this imposter.

Official Channels: All financial transactions and administrative inquiries should be directed exclusively through the university’s official portals and designated bank accounts. 

The University urges the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious solicitations to the nearest law enforcement agency or the University’s Security Department.
