Modibbo Adama University Announces Gown Collection Dates for 29th and 30th Combined Convocation

The management of Modibbo Adama University (MAU) has released a crucial update for all graduands participating in the upcoming 29th and 30th Combined Convocation Ceremony.

According to an announcement made today by the University's Information Officer, the collection of academic gowns will officially commence on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Procedure for Collection

Graduands are required to follow a specific procedure to obtain their convocation gowns:

Payment of Fees: Visit the University’s Microfinance Bank to settle all required convocation and gown fees.

Collection: Present the payment receipt to the designated collection center to receive their academic regalia.

The university administration has advised all prospective graduates to adhere strictly to the schedule and payment instructions to ensure a seamless and orderly process ahead of the main convocation events.
