Modibbo Adama University Opens Re-Admission and Inter-Departmental Transfer Window for 2025/2026 Session

Modibbo Adama University has formally commenced the sale of application forms for re-admission and inter-departmental transfer for the 2025/2026 academic session, providing an opportunity for eligible students to regularise their academic status or change their course of study.

The university announced that interested students are required to obtain the prescribed forms from the Academic Division after paying a non-refundable fee of ₦30,000 through the Remita payment platform. Applicants are expected to meet all stipulated academic and administrative requirements before their applications can be considered.

According to the university, completed forms must be submitted within three weeks from the date of commencement. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be processed under any circumstances.

The management also directed Deans and Heads of Departments to strictly adhere to the university’s approved guidelines and procedures in handling all re-admission and transfer requests to ensure transparency and compliance with institutional regulations.

The university further emphasized that approval of any application is not automatic and will only be granted to candidates who meet the prescribed academic conditions for their chosen programme.

Students seeking re-admission or inter-departmental transfer are therefore advised to act promptly and ensure full compliance with all stated requirements within the approved timeline.
