Mohamet Lawan College of Agriculture Provost Dr. A.A. Makinta Honored for Commitment to Education

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Zone E, in collaboration with other student unions, organized a solidarity march and awards presentation to honor the Provost of Mohamet Lawan College of Agriculture (MOLCA), Dr. A.A. Makinta.

The award recognized Dr. Makinta's unwavering commitment to rebuilding and revitalizing the college's infrastructure, which was heavily impacted by the recent flood disaster. Dr. Makinta expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the honor and dedicated the award to the Executive Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum.

This gesture underscores the strong partnership between the college and the state government in fostering educational growth and development. Notable student leaders, including the JCC Chairman, S.U.G President, NUBOSS, and other union representatives, attended the event, demonstrating unity in celebrating Dr. Makinta's remarkable efforts and the governor's enduring support.
