NAAT-KASU Strengthens Cooperation with Management
Members of the National Association of Academic Technologists, Kaduna State University Branch (NAAT-KASU), paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdullahi I. Musa on Wednesday, 26th June 2024, at the university’s main campus.

The delegation, led by the outgoing Chairperson and newly elected National Treasurer of the Association, Comrade Khadijat Abubakar Vatsa, expressed their appreciation for the university’s leadership and pledged their support and cooperation to help advance the institution. The members of the Association also raised concerns they hoped the Management would address to enhance their ability to perform their duties effectively.
Prof. Musa thanked the delegation for their visit and praised the association’s efforts. He reiterated the importance of collective effort in advancing the university and assured them that their concerns would be addressed in accordance with university policies.
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration, Prof. Muhammad Bashir Ali also assured members of the association that Management is committed to addressing their concerns, buttressing the importance of staff and students’ well-being.

The meeting was highly interactive and concluded with the Vice-Chancellor encouraging the association to propose programs and activities that the university could support to benefit the broader community.

Other members of the association present include the KASU Branch Acting Chairperson, Com. Bitrus Solomon, Com. Aliyu Garba, Com. Aliyu Sani, and Com. Abdulsalam Abdulkadir. The Administrative Secretary to the VC, Mr Bakut Josephat Amai, was also present.
