The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, chaired a one-day interactive session and paper presentation on the topic "Professor: Is it a Title or Service?" on Saturday, 25th May 2024.

The program, convened by the Vice-Chancellor of Federal University of Lafia, Professor Shehu Abdul Rahman, aimed to provide insights into the role of a Professor, including what a Professor does, Professorial frontiers, and the skills required to excel in the position.

The well-attended event featured paper presentations on various topics, including the types of Professors, and what the workplace of a Professor looks like. Principal Officers from both universities, as well as Professors and Associate Professors from the Federal University of Lafia, were in attendance.
