Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) received the National Universities Commission (NUC) Accreditation Team on Monday, 10th November 2025, for a comprehensive evaluation of its Chemistry programmes. The team was led by Professor Kabiru Jega Umar.

Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) received the National Universities Commission (NUC) Accreditation Team on Monday, 10th November 2025, for a comprehensive evaluation of its Chemistry programmes. The team was led by Professor Kabiru Jega Umar.

The accreditation exercise focused on programmes within the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences, specifically B.Sc. Chemistry and B.Sc. Industrial Chemistry. Professor Umar commended the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, for her exemplary leadership and emphasized that the accreditation process is vital for ensuring the university’s academic standards meet global best practices.
