National Orthopaedic Hospital Igbobi Lagos Invites Applications for 2024/2025 Academic Session

The National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi Lagos (NOHIL), is now accepting applications for the 2024/2025 academic session. The institution invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for full-time programmes at the College of Nursing Sciences (CONs) and the Federal College of Orthopaedic Technology (FECOT).

Available programmes include a four-year National Diploma to Higher National Diploma (ND-HND) in Nursing Sciences, two-year National Diplomas in Orthopaedic Cast Technology (OCT) and Prosthetics and Orthotics Technology (POT), and two-year Higher National Diplomas in the same fields. Additionally, there is a five-year B.Tech Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics, in affiliation with the Federal University of Technology Owerri.

Applicants must have at least five O' Level credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at no more than two sittings. The required JAMB UTME scores are 150 for FECOT programmes, 170 for CONs programmes, and 200 for the B.Tech programme. For HND programmes, candidates must have a National Diploma with a minimum of lower credit and one year of supervised industrial attachment.

Other admission requirements include being at least 16 years old, providing a Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit, JAMB UTME printout and result slip, and one recent passport photograph.

The application process requires a non-refundable registration fee of N17,000. Applications must be submitted by 4:00 PM on 20th September 2024. Screening details will be published on the institution's website after submission.
