Newgate University has advanced its internationalisation drive with a strategic engagement aimed at creating global academic opportunities for its students through partnerships with international education agencies.

The university recently hosted a meeting with Praxisx Agency in collaboration with Stella Compass, led by Britannia Liu, alongside its management team under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Yusuf Sadiq.
The discussions centred on establishing structured pathways for students to study in China, including 2+2 dual degree programmes, student exchange initiatives, and access to fully funded postgraduate opportunities at Master’s and PhD levels. The proposed collaboration also covers short-term training and internship placements within Chinese institutions and industries.
According to the university, the initiative is designed to enhance global exposure for students, improve access to international scholarships, and equip graduates with industry-relevant skills in a competitive global environment.

The partnership underscores Newgate University’s commitment to expanding cross-border academic collaboration and positioning its students for opportunities beyond Nigeria’s educational landscape.
