Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing Sciences Admission form into ND/HND Nursing Programme for 2024/2025 Academic Session

The Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing Sciences, situated at the Nigerian Air Force Base in Kaduna, has officially announced the commencement of admission into its ND/HND Nursing Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This admission opportunity extends to military, paramilitary personnel, and civilians interested in pursuing a career in nursing.

 

Admission Requirements:

 

Admission is strictly through the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 credits in their O-level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB), including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry in not more than two sittings.

Candidates must be between the ages of 15-26 years by December 2023.

Candidates must be Nigerian citizens by birth.

Candidates should have sat for the 2024 UTME and scored a minimum of 140 marks.

NAFCONS must be chosen as the candidate's first choice.

Subject combination for UTME and Post-UTME are: Use of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Candidates who have not sat for the above subjects combination in UTME need not apply.

Application Process:

Candidates are required to visit the NAFCONS website at www.nafcons.edu.ng to download the application form. The completed application form must be returned with photocopies of credentials (O-level Result(s), Secondary School Testimonial, Birth Certificate, Certificate of State/Local Government of Origin & 2024 UTME Result) and four (4) passport photographs for the Post UTME Screening Exercise.

 

Programme Duration:

The ND/HND Nursing Programme has a duration of four (4) years.

 

Post UTME Screening Exercise:

NAFCONS is not selling forms for Post UTME but charges a non-refundable fee of N22,000 for the logistics of the Post-UTME exercise. The fee should be paid in cash to the College Finance Office. The Post UTME screening exercise is scheduled to take place from 15th to 28th July 2024 at the Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing Sciences, Air Force Base Kaduna.
