NIM Urges Lagos Corps Members To Take Advantage of Management Courses
A member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Mrs. Kemi Parker has urged Lagos corps members to take full advantage of management courses offered by the institute.

Myschoolnews reports she stated this recently at the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) camp in Iyana-Ipaja Lagos.
She urged corps members to join the professional body, due to the benefits they would be getting from it especially for those who would be traveling overseas to further their studies.
She stated it is crucial for the corps members to be exposed to the core of management which are time management, money management, relationship management etc. as they are important skills for our daily lives.
She further stated that corps members who are part of the programme, will be taught different courses on management principles, entrepreneurship and corporate law and would be certified in Management Proficiency and have networking opportunities and get exposure to modern practical management methods.
The corps members were sensitized on how to register for the professional exam online on www.nimportal.com where she stated that it will cost 10,150 naira for the exam and 20,150 naira for certificate stating corps members would be getting two certificates which are the ;The Proficiency in management certificate and the Graduation certificate.
The Nigerian Institute of Management was established in 1961 as a not-for-profit, professional membership organization and has a variety of management programs for the training of interested individuals.
