Nonye Soludo extends Healthy Living Initiative to Anambra Primary and Secondary Schools

Nonye Soludo extends Healthy Living Initiative to Anambra Primary and Secondary Schools

Mrs. Nonye Soludo, the Wife of the Anambra Governor, has expanded her Healthy Living Initiative Programme to Primary and Secondary Schools across Anambra State, aiming to instill healthy habits in school children, teenagers, and youths.

At the inauguration of the Healthy Living clubs in over 325 primary schools across the 21 local government areas of the State, Mrs. Soludo emphasized the importance of early exposure to healthy living practices. She also inaugurated headteachers as Healthy Living Champions and teachers majoring in Physical Health Education as ambassadors to lead the clubs.

The initiative, spearheaded by Mrs. Soludo, aims to promote health consciousness and a mindset of change among students, encouraging them to adopt healthy lifestyles from a young age. The launch of the Healthy Living Garden Competition further reinforces the program's goal by encouraging agricultural appreciation and self-sufficiency among students.
