Northwest University Kano Announces Screening Schedule for 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Directorate of Examinations, Admissions, and Records (DEAR) at Northwest University, Kano, has released the official schedule for the screening exercise of all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The announcement was made via a memo dated January 26, 2026, signed by Muhammad Madi Muhammad, Senior Statistics Officer, on behalf of the Head of DEAR. The comprehensive screening exercise will be conducted at the University's City Campus.

The screening process is staggered to accommodate students from various faculties efficiently. All sessions will be held at the City Campus, 2nd floor.

All newly admitted students are strictly required to present the original copies of the following documents for sighting and scrutiny at their designated screening times:

JAMB result slip/D.E registration Slip

SSCE (O' level result)

NORTHWEST UNIVERSITY POST UTME/D.E Acknowledgment slip

Transcript for DE (Direct Entry) students
