NOUN Directs Study Centre Directors to Collect and Disburse Certificates for Cleared Graduates

The Management of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), through the Office of the Registrar, has officially approved the decentralized collection and issuance of certificates for graduates who successfully submitted their clearances during the 2026 Certificate Distribution Exercise.

The directive was communicated via an internal memorandum signed by Petu Bola Keji, the Deputy Registrar (Academic Registry), on behalf of the University Registrar.Collection Timelines and Zonal Logistics.

According to the official circular, the collection of certificates by Study Centre Directors will take place across designated geopolitical zones from Wednesday, June 17, to Friday, June 19, 2026.

Directors are required to visit their respective zonal centers during this three-day window to pick up the documents for their centers.
